This being the first exposure to shijalit, it is borderline impossible not to be impressed. The medicine taken below the recommended dose of 1 peppercorn is enough to enhance a day quite significantly. The medicine increases the ability to differentiate between more shades of colors and enhances vision. The enhances in vision are far from subtle with a no apparent decline, if consumed on a daily basis(less seems to be required to get a detectable increase as well). It’s benefits are enhanced a lot by following up with yoga and meditation on an empty stomach (or stomach containing other rasayanas) after taking the medicine sublingualy (has a great taste too). Although two to two and a half hours seems to be enough, after having taken it upon waking without having taken food, some increase is also added if one fasts for a couple of hours before and after taking it (possibly). The tonic definitely helps with a positive outlook thorough out the day and also a longer period of time if consumed regularly. It also increases the depth of meditation somewhat and enhances yoga. The very significant enhancements in vision alone make this powerfully practice enhancing, auspicious medicine, a tonic of superior benefit.. This is a virtuous offering indeed.

I have tried all three forms of shiljait (liquid resin, crystal, & powder) all from high quality high altitude mountain sources. Future Alchemy was the first shilajit I consumed and in my opinion it is still the most powerful I have tried. Liquid resin shilajit is very powerful but Future Alchemy’s cured crystalline shilajit explodes with a buzzing energy when crunched up between the teeth. It seems like it is more concentrated than liquid shilajit and seems to concencrate more energy within its crystalline structure. It is also much more handy to consume compared to liquid resin shilajit.Powdered shilajit is definitely the weakest, Powdered shilajit is definitely the most economical but it tastes much more acrid & bitter compared to liquid & crystal shilajit. There is debate between liquid & cured crystal shilajit, and in my humble opinion Future Alhemy’s shilajit is the most powerful on the market, and much more tasty & pleasurable to consume.
